A survey recipient might tell you that they couldn't respond to a survey and instead received a message saying "...there is currently no active survey".
This message appears when there is no active survey currently available for the recipient. This can happen for various reasons, such as:
- Wave completed: The survey wave intended for the recipient was already completed by the respondent.
- No active survey: The previous survey round for the respondent has already been closed. (either manually stopped or automatically stopped as indicated by the "duration" of the survey)
- Timing Overlap: There may have been an overlap with another active wave or survey.
What should I do?
- Check Wave Status: Ensure that all previous waves for your respondent have been completed (stopped) before starting a new survey.
- Restart the Process: Once confirmed, try initiating the survey again.
